Snow Day: Hanging Stockings & Stars Card

Here is the second card in my November series for Stamp of the Month Club. (Learn More)  I used the Snow Day stamp set -- but I left out the snowman! I was inspired by UK Demonstrator Monica Gale. You know I am "Clean and Simple" kind of stamper, so this idea really appealed to me! I tried variations with some rhinestones and more baker's twine, but ultimately decided to just keep it clean and let the stamps speak for themselves.

(Is is just my screen or does that Pear Pizzazz look bright?)

All of the stamps came from the Snow Day stamp set. I used a marker to draw a line from the words down to the objects "hanging" from the words.

Stampin' Up! Supplies: Snow Day stamp set, Pear Pizzazz ink & cardstock, So Saffron ink & cardstock, Soft Sky ink, Soft Suede ink, Early Espresso marker, Whisper White cardstock, Whisper White Baker's Twine, Stampin' Dimensionals
